450 RACE RESULTS // 2024 SALT LAKE CITY SUPERCROSS

The 450 class has made it to the final round of racing for the 2024 Supercross season. Jett Lawrence leads by twenty points over Cooper Webb who’s been battling injury in the past few rounds. Chase Sexton was fast in qualifying grabbing the number one spot and is looking to grab a win in the final race of the season. It won’t come easy though as Jett Lawrence has been building momentum week in and week out over the past couple weeks. For all the racing information, read down below.

2024 SALT LAKE CITY SUPERCROSS // FULL COVERAGE

450 RACE RESULTS HEAT 1

Webb made a charge early but was unable to capitalize.

Jett Lawrence grabbed the holeshot but Cooper Webb tried to push him out wide making a mistake in the process and allowing Justin Barcia to go by. Jett Lawrence began to build a lead while Webb and Barcia battled behind him. After adding pressure early, Webb started to fall off pace likely due to his thumb injury, Barcia kept Lawrence honest keeping him within two seconds on the lead. But Jett Lawrence just has so much pace and was able to stay up front grabbing the win in the first heat.

Barcia was looking like his old self and pressured Jett Lawrence throughout the race.

Malcolm Stewart struggled early but was able to put himself into the main event.

450 RACE RESULTS HEAT 2

Chase Sexton wins heat number 2.

In the second heat it was Justin Cooper grabbing the holeshot followed by Chase Sexton and Hunter Lawrence. Cooper began to set the pace as Sexton tried hard to get himeslf into the lead. After the finishline Chase Sexton was able to move himself into the lead. Behind him Hunter Lawrence and Justin Cooper would begin to battle for second. Jason Anderson had a tough start and had to make his way through the pack but was able to maintain a qualifying position. Back in the front there was no stopping Chase Sexton whos setting himself up nicely for the evening.
