Homemade Alfredo Sauce
I love food and what I like even more is homemade food without all the extra stuff they add to the jars, cans, packages to make the food last longer. If you look at my cart you'll see I have just about everything organic (without all the extra chemicals) that the FDA says is fine for human consumption.
NOW let's talk Alfredo sauce which works so well with so many different dishes. This sauce should turn out rich, creamy and packed with garlic parmesan flavor!
So what do you need?
Ingredients
- ½ Cup Butter
- 1 ½ Cups Heavy Whipping Cream
- 2 Teaspoons Garlic Minced
- ½ Teaspoon Italian Seasoning
- ½ Teaspoon Salt
- ¼ Teaspoon Pepper
- 2 Cups Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese
How do you make Alfredo Sauce?
Instructions

Add the butter and cream to a large skillet.

Simmer over low heat for 2 minutes.

Whisk in the garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper for one minute.

Whisk in the parmesan cheese until melted.

Serve immediately.
