    • Ingredients:

      2 - 5oz ahi tuna steaks

      1 - tsp kosher salt

      1/4 - tsp cayenne pepper

      1/2 - tbl spoon butter

      2 - tbl spoon olive oil

      1 - tsp whole peppercorns

    This is very delicious and at only around $3-4 a tuna steak, its not bad.

    1. Season the tuna steaks with salt and cayenne pepper
    2. Melt the better with the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
    3. Cook the peppercorns in the mixture until they soften and pop (about 5min)
    4. Gently place the seasoned tuna in the skillet and cook to desired doneness (about 1.5 min per side for rare)
